1.
Tehsil Officer (I&S) TMA Mails is nominated as
Focal Person and will be over all incharge of all relief camps.
He is directed to make coordination with native local councils
and irrigation department. He is also directed to provide extra
staff to incharge relief camps if needed and to ensure that all
dewatering sets are functional.
2.
Mr. Shahid Ali Khan WWS TMA Mailsi will be
responsible to provide clean drinking water in all flood relief
camps as and when required.
3.
All the incharges of flood relief camps will
ensure the presence of staff at the camps and no leave should be
allowed.
4.
All the incharges will not switch off their
mobile phones round the clock and make complete coordination
with revenue staff to cope up with any emergency.
5.
Office Superintendent will establish a control
room in TMA office Mailsi for liaison with all the incharges.
6.
Undersigned will visit to check your arrangements
on daily basis.
Note:
In case of high flood, the Relief Camps of Fateh Pur and Warsi
Wahin at Sr. No.1 & 2 will be closed and a new flood Relief Camp
at Govt. Boys High School Jalllah Jeem will be established.
